Cross Country
About Cross Country
Cross Country is open to seventh and eighth grade boys and girls. Seventh
graders compete in a one mile race while eighth graders compete in a two mile
race. All participants must have a current physical, an insurance form, and a
wavier to run off campus on file before the first day of practice. Practice will
be at 6 a.m. five days a week starting on August 18, 2008.
